ARDMORE – County commissioners approved a cooperative equipment agreement that will build a new brush truck for the Tatums Fire Department. Carter County Board of Commissioners President Bill Baker said that vehicles have been on order for several years and that the department in northwest Carter County needs trucks now.

Commissioners also approved roughly a dozen other items in the nearly 20-minute regular meeting.
