ARDMORE – The Carter County Commission was back in full force this week and saw quick approval of agenda items. The Ratliff City Fire Department received final approval for a $20,000 cardiac defibrillator, a purchase commission president Bill Baker said will help bring some uniformity in equipment used by other Carter County fire departments.
